Support

We will support your network in its entirety, from the switching and cabling to the servers and workstations.

We provide three levels of support, according to your needs;

Task Based.

You do not need regular visits, but need someone to turn to in an emergency, and occasionally for general help.

Regular Visits.

Our technician will visit you on an arranged schedule to perform regular tasks and resolve minor issues. In the event of an emergency you can still call on our services.

On-site Technician.

We will provide you with an agreed number of technicians to provide full-time on-site desktop support and monitor your network for faults.

Whatever your choice of support level, all of our support options give you access not only to our first-line technicians, but also the peace of mind that those technicians are backed by a team of IT professionals certified by Microsoft and other leading bodies.
