We have many years experience in supporting primary educational establishments and know how important it is to start a childs learning process. Here at EdIT we will work along side your school and plan the right path to take in introducing and teaching IT to our next generation.

Not only can we help you in deciding what equipment and resources will work best in the school environment, but we can also support every IT component on site ensuring a smooth running term by term for your staff and children.

We can provide your school with a Microsoft trained engineer on a weekly basis to support you in managing and resolving your outstanding technical issues. As well as the knowledge base your technician will have, there is also the wider EdIT group to support any task that needs to be undertaken to ensure the most rapid resolution possible. While on site our engineers will also focus on checking all server status’ for network reliability.

This will include things such as your hardware capacity, backups, Windows updates and Anti-Virus. Reports are uploaded to the central EdIT systems on each visit for reference and a history of your sites status.
